According to the UN Globally Harmonized System of Classification and Labelling of Chemicals (GHS) Part 2, the classification procedure using experimental testing need not be applied for 2,4,7,9-Tetramethyl-5-decyne-4,7-diol since compounds with an oxygen balance which is more negative than -200% are not considered to pose an explosive risk.
