2 key studies available, 1 study using a 35 - 38% solution of Pentasodium DTPA and 1 study using a solid form of Pentasodium DTPA at 88% purity.

35 - 38% solution is completely missible in water. At ambient temperature, minimum 65 % w/w of the solid form of 88% purity Pentasdium DTPA solubility is fully soluble in water. At 70% w/w, a gel was obtained and the test was discontinued. However the test substance did appear to be soluble at this level.
For the purpose of registration, Pentasodium 88% purity is soluble in water at min 65% w/w.
