Please be aware that this old REACH registration data factsheet is no longer maintained; it remains frozen as of 19th May 2023.

The new ECHA CHEM database has been released by ECHA, and it now contains all REACH registration data. There are more details on the transition of ECHA's published data to ECHA CHEM here.

Additional information

A Daphnia reproduction study was conducted according to OECD 202 but included reproduction for 21 days rather than 14 days, found that the 21 day 50% lethal concentration (LC50) in parental Daphnia magna was found to be >10 mg/L, whilst the 21 day 50% reproduction inhibition concentration (ErC50) was 7.5 mg/L (95% confidence interval 4.6 -10mg/L). The maximum no-observed-effect concentration (NOECr) was 2.2 mg/L and the lowest-observed-effect concentration (LOECr) was 4.6 mg/L.

Even if higher concentration could have been tested, the test has been carried out with concentrations allowing long-term exposures and is therefore considered as valid.
