The melting behaviour of the substance was determined by Differential Scanning Calorimetry according to OECD Guideline 102.

In the temperature range between about 168 °C and 196 °C the test item shows an endothermic effect. This effect is possibly a change of the molecule structure (for example rearrangement / abreaction) and not the melting of the test item. Between -18 and 100 °C the melting of crystalline subcomponents is observed, and their crystallization (not of the main component) in the cooling runs at 81 °C.
