Additional information

In the only available (and reliable) study the acute toxicity of the test substance to Daphnia magna was investigated according to OECD test guideline 202 under GLP. In a 48h static test, five test concentrations (10 / 18 / 32 / 56 / 100 mg/L) were tested. Using a validated photometric method, agreement of nominal and measured concentrations was confirmed. All validity criteria were fulfilled. Based on mobility, the EC50 (48h) was determined to be 23 mg/L.
