Please be aware that this old REACH registration data factsheet is no longer maintained; it remains frozen as of 19th May 2023.

The new ECHA CHEM database has been released by ECHA, and it now contains all REACH registration data. There are more details on the transition of ECHA's published data to ECHA CHEM here.

Additional information

Two short-term aquatic toxicity studies are available for the registered substance. In a study of reliability (1), the 48h-EC50 to Daphnia magna of Tris(2 -butoxyethyl)phosphate to Daphnia magna was determined to 53 mg/L (nominal) based on immobilisation (Hoger, 2010). In older study of reliability (2), the 48–hEC50 was determined to 75 mg/L (nominal).

For the purpose of chemical safety assessment, the 48h-EC50 of 53 mg/L is selected as key value.
