Description of key information

Melting points: -22.3 degrees C at 760 mm Hg, -22.3 degrees C, -22.8 degrees C, and -22.3 degrees C from the three available references

Key value for chemical safety assessment

Melting / freezing point at 101 325 Pa:
-22.3 °C

Additional information

The key value was presented in the GESTIS database on hazardous substances, the CRC Handbook of Chemistry and Physics, the USEPA database EPISUITE, the National Library of Medicine HSDB database, and the SRC PhysProp Database. There was only one disagreeing data value of -22.8 degrees C, and no supporting information was provided. Therefore, a weight-of-evidence approach suggested a key value of -22.3 degrees C.
