Additional information

Two guideline studies on the toxicity of the substance to Daphnia magna are available. In a test conducted in compliance with OECD guideline 202, the test animals were exposed to the test substance in a static test system for 48 hours. At test termination an EC50 of 14.2 mg/l based on measured test concentrations was determined ((F. Hoffmann-La Roche, 1994).

In a second test set up according to German standard DIN 38412 part L11 an EC50 of 27 mg/l based on the mobility of the test animals was determined after 48 hours (BASF AG, 1990).
