Please be aware that this old REACH registration data factsheet is no longer maintained; it remains frozen as of 19th May 2023.

The new ECHA CHEM database has been released by ECHA, and it now contains all REACH registration data. There are more details on the transition of ECHA's published data to ECHA CHEM here.

Control animals:
no
Details on dosing and sampling:
Urine was collected in metabolism cages at - 20 C from 0-24 and 24- 48 hours .
After thawing and filtration urines were extracted using ethyl acetate. at pH 6.5 (Extract A) and , after acidification with conc. HCl, at pH 3(Extract B). After 72 h at pH 3 at room temperature and neutralisation urines were again extracted (Extract C) and the process was repeated after repeated acidification to pH 3 (Extract D)
Extracts were then examined using TLC (UV/vis detection). Metabolites were identified by means of reference substances; Medium: Ethylacetate/diisopropylether =80/20 and Methyl-isobutyl-keton/Toluene = 20/80
