SGD = Geometric standard deviation

Coefficient of variation for d50 was less than 3 %; d10 and d90 were less than 5 %. Thus repeatability of the characteristic particles in the size distribution were within the acceptable limits as per the BS ISO 13320 -1 test standard.

Conclusions:
In particle size distribution analysis 0.40 % by volume of the sample was seen to be < 10.00 μm. Coefficient of variation for d50 was less than 3 %; d10 and d90 were less than 5 %. Thus repeatability of the characteristic particles in the size distribution were within the acceptable limits as per the BS ISO 13320 -1 test standard.
Executive summary:

The particle size distribution study was performed according to BS ISO 13320-1: 1999, CIPAC MT 187 and OECD guideline 110 under GLP compliance. Laser diffraction method was used.
