First-aid measures
Emergency measure - Inhalation: Sofort Frischluft und ruhig lagern; sofort Arzt hinzuziehen.

Emergency measure - Eyes: Mindestens 10 Minuten gründlich mit Wasser ausspülen. Falls
eine Entzündung oder ein Gewebeschaden zurückbleibt, sofort
einen Arzt aufsuchen.

Rinse out thoroughly with water for at least 10 minutes. If
inflammation or tissue damage remains, seek medical advice
immediately.
Emergency measure - Skin: Mit reichlich Wasser und Seife abwaschen. Bei Irritation
oder Gewebeschaden sofort einen Arzt aufsuchen.
Verunreinigte Kleidung sofort ausziehen.

Accidental release measures
Emergency measures in case of spillage: Bei Verschütten oder Leckage von FLOROL ist ein Kontakt mit
Augen, Haut und Kleidung zu vermeiden. In jedem Fall ist
Hand- und dichtschließender Augenschutz zu tragen.
Die Aufnahme sollte mit einem unbrennbaren Adsorptionsmittel
erfolgen. Bei geschlossenen Räumen muß für gute Durchlüftung
gesorgt werden. Intensive Inhalation muß vermieden werden.
Eine Aufsaugung sollte nicht vorgenommen werden, da durch
Verdunstung von Florol eine erhöhte Luftbelastung auftritt.
Abfall vorschriftsmäßig kennzeichnen. Falls örtlich erlaubt,
durch Verbrennen entsorgen.

In the case of spillage or leakage of FLOROL, contact with
the eyes, skin and clothing is to be avoided. Hand
protection and tightly fitting eye protection must always be
worn. The substance should be taken up using a
non-combustible adsorption agent. In the case of closed
areas, good ventilation must be ensured. The substance
should not be vacuumed up since an increased air load
occurs as a result of the evaporation of Florol. Label waste
in accordance with the regulations. If permitted locally,
dispose of by means of incineration.
Handling and storage
Handling: Für die Verarbeitung von FLOROL eignen sich automatische,
selbstansaugende Dosiereinrichtungen, die eine Entnahme aus
dem Transportbehälter ermöglichen. Beim Anschluß oder bei
Abnahme der Behälter ist ein Kontakt mit Florol zu
vermeiden und zum Schutz eine dichtschließenden Schutzbrille
zu tragen.
Sollte keine spritzsichere Entnahme möglich sein, muß ein
Schutzschild gegen Spritzen und dichtschließender
Augenschutz benutzt werden.

Automatic, self-priming metering devices which enable
withdrawal from the transport container are suitable for the
processing of FLOROL. When connecting or disconnecting the
containers, contact with Florol is to be avoided and tightly
fitting goggles must be worn for protection.
If splash-proof withdrawal is not possible, a protective
screen must be used to protect against splashes and tightly
fitting eye protection must be worn.
Storage: FLOROL mit einem Flammpunkt von über 100 °C (geschlossener
Tiegel) fällt nicht unter die VbF.
WGK 2 (Selbsteinstufung)
Der Transportbehälter eignet sich als Lagerbehälter und
sollte kühl, vor Licht geschützt, gut gefüllt und fern von
Wärmequellen gelagert werden.

With a flash point above 100 degrees C (closed cup), Florol
does not fall into the category of substances regulated by
the Ordinance on Combustible Liquids.
Water-hazard class 2 (own classification).
The transport container is suitable for use as a storage
container and should be stored in a cool place, away from
light and sources of heat and should be well-filled.
