Applicant's summary and conclusion

Conclusions:
The EC50/48 hours of androstanolone acetate (ZK 5180) for Daphnia magna was between 0.8 and 1.5 mg/L.
Executive summary:

20 Daphnia were exposed to different concentrations between 0.2 and 1.5 mg/L of ZK5180 and a control group.

The concentration of the highest test concentration was analysed at 0 and 48h by a TOC analyser and the concentration was calculated and extrapolated to the other dilutions.

Daphnids were immobilized at the highest concentration 13 at 14 hours and 15 at 48 hours. Thuis, the EC50 was determined between 0.8 and 1.5 mg/L.
