Description of key information

 EC50 >100 mg/L.

Key value for chemical safety assessment

EC50/LC50 for freshwater invertebrates:
100 mg/L

Additional information

The results of this study showed that the test substance induced no immobilisation to the exposed Daphnia at 100 mg/L within 48 hours. The EC50 value after 48 hours of exposure was >100 mg/L. The NOEC was ≥100 mg/L.

Since Soybean oil, epoxidized, reaction products with methanol is a multicomponent substance that is only partially soluble, the water accommodated fraction (WAF) approach was used.
