Endpoint:
oxidising solids
Data waiving:
study scientifically not necessary / other information available
Justification for data waiving:
the study does not need to be conducted because the organic substance contains oxygen or halogen atoms which are chemically bonded only to carbon or hydrogen and hence, the classification procedure does not need to be applied
Endpoint:
oxidising liquids
Data waiving:
study technically not feasible
Justification for data waiving:
the study does not need to be conducted because the substance is a solid
Endpoint:
oxidising gases
Data waiving:
study technically not feasible
Justification for data waiving:
the study does not need to be conducted because the substance is a solid

Description of key information

In accordance with REACH Regulation 1272/2008/EC Annex VII column 2 of section 7.13, the oxidising properties study does not need to be conducted as the substance does not contain any of the group recognized as associated with oxidizing properties. It is not an oxidizing substance.

Key value for chemical safety assessment

Oxidising properties:
no
