Description of key information

The substance decomposes between 343 - 385°C as shown by thermo gravimetric analysis (TGA).

Additional information

The TGA curve shows a major step weight loss beginning at 343°C, the T10 is 346°C, and the T50 is 385°C under these conditions. The derivative of the TGA curve shows a single major peak centered at 375°C. Note that this temperature is considered the decomposition temperature as confirmed by a capillary experiment whereby the sample turns from a liquid to a hardened brown crusty residue.
