Description of key information

The estimated chronic value (ChV) for fish is 3,5 mg/l (ECOSAR v1.10) , the NOEC is 2,5 mg/l, calculated by dividing the ChV by √2.

Key value for chemical safety assessment

EC10, LC10 or NOEC for freshwater invertebrates:
2.5 mg/L

Additional information

The chronic aquatic toxicity of fish, Daphnid and algae was estimated using the ECOSAR model v1.10 included in the EpiSuite models of US-EPA. The estimated chronic value (ChV) for Daphnid is 3.5 mg/l, the NOEC is 2.5 mg/l, calculated by dividing the ChV by √2 (REACH Guidance R10, Table R10-1).
