Test chambers: Glass, 10 l calibrated testing tank, (L 30 cm, W 22 cm, H 24 cm). The test chamber stood in a water bath made out
of Hostalit ZR with plexiglass viewing panel. The water bath was adjusted with a thermostat to 22°C.
Illumination: Day and Night frequency, each with 12 hours ., approx. 700 lux over the chamber. During the trial period the test champer was not
ventilated besides testing group with 71 mg/L of the 4. test i.e. after experiment start, from 48 hours, the oxygen level from at least 60% of the
saturation value could not more warranted. Therefore the testing chamber was ventilated by a glas capillary tube with a bubble frequency of 1-3 sec.
