Reference substance:
Alcohols, C11-14-iso-, C13-rich
Reference substance:
Alcohols, C11-14-iso-, C13-rich
PBT status:
the substance is not PBT / vPvB
Justification:

Alcohols, C11 -14 -iso-, C13 -rich, is readily biodegradable in aerobic freshwater systems with a biodegradation potential of 61% following standard OECD 301F Manometric Resipormetry test guidelines and therefore does not meet the P or vP criteria.

Additionally, aqueous and dietary studies with rainbow trout resulted in a lipid normalized steady stateBCF(ssl) of exposure of 39 L/kg wet fish weight and lipid-corrected BMF values 0.010 to 0.016. Therefore, this substance exhibits a low potential to bioconcentration and does not meet the B or vB criteria.
