Additional information

The determination of the growth inhibition of the freshwater algae Pseudokirchneriella subcapitata exposed to Ethyldiisopropylamine for a duration of 72h was performed according to the OECD guideline 201. As indicated in the OECD 201 guideline, the pH of the stock solution was adjusted to 8 in order to limit the pH increase during the test. The validity criterion of the study related to the growth of algae was respected and the final concentrations were maintained within the designated limit of 80% of the initial concentrations in non inoculated flasks. Following the final decision CCH-D-2114449810-49-01/F the registrant added the additional information. EC50 and EC10 were recalculated with Toxrat® 3.2.0 to respectively 196 and 118 mg/L respectively.
