Description of key information

In 96-h acute toxicity study, zebrafish were exposed to the test item at nominal concentrations of 0 (control) 32, 58, 100, 180, 320, 580 and 1000 mg/L under static conditions. The LC50 was graphically determined as 135 mg/L and calculated as 134.2 mg/L. The LC0 was graphically determined as 100 mg/L. The test item is not acutely toxic to fish, but in the range of solubility of the test item.
