Justification for classification or non classification

Three acute tests have been performed with fish, daphnia and algae. The effect with the lowest concentration have been observed in a fish study (LC50 (96 h): 0.028 mg/L) leading to the classification H400. The lowest value of three chronic tests was found in fish with a NOEC of 0.0037 mg/L indicating hazard phrase H410 for rapidly degrading substances.
