Conclusions:
According to Annex V, Commission Directive 92/69/EEC of 31 July 1992 relating to the
classification, packaging and labelling of dangerous substances, as per Test Method A5., pg. 48,
Section 1.6. the Surface Tension test is not required for substances with a water solubility lower
than one (1) mg/L. The water solubility of this substance has been determined to be less than one
(1) mg/L. Therefore, the determination of the surface tension of an aqueous solution of this
substance will not be carried out.
