Additional information

The toxicity of 4 -tert-butylcyclohexanol to algae was investigated in a study on Scenedesmus subspicatus (94 -0230 -DGO). The dose-response study was conducted according the EU Directive 92/69/EWG under GLP conditions. The analytical verification of the test substance concentrations (carbon determination) were included. The test resulted in an ErC50 (72 h) of 45 mg/L (measured, geometric mean) and NOErC of 14 mg/L (measured, geometric mean).
