Executive summary:

The toxicity of the test item Secondary alkane sulfonate, sodium salt to pseudomonas putida was dtermined in a 16 -hour static test according to the Guideline DIN 38412, part 8 (Pseudomonas Zellvermehrungshemm-Test).

A concentration of the test item of 1000 mg/L was tested. There was no inhibition observed. Therfore th highest concentartion without observed effects (NOEC) is nominal 1000 mg/L.
