Administrative data

Endpoint:
long-term toxicity to fish, other
Type of information:
(Q)SAR
Adequacy of study:
supporting study
Reliability:
2 (reliable with restrictions)
Rationale for reliability incl. deficiencies:
results derived from a valid (Q)SAR model and falling into its applicability domain, with adequate and reliable documentation / justification
Justification for type of information:
The substance shows a half-life of 15h. After 15h it will hydrolyse which means after the OECD 210 the original test item will be not detectable any more in the matrice.
This would mean that the OECD 210 will be not suitable for the test item and might lead to invalid results which might be not useable to present them at the authority.
So instead, we use QSAR to estimate the value.
