Description of key information

The acute toxicity of N-isopropyl-N'-phenylbenzene-1,4-diamine to fish (pimephales promela) was conducted in a flow-through mortality test according to national standard method EPA-660/03-75-009 (a precurser of the later OECD guideline 204). After 96 hours of exposure a LC 50 value of 0.41 mg/L was obtained, (Monsanto, 1979).
