General information

Status:
67/548/EEC annex 1
Index number:
051-003-00-9
Remarks:
The classification and labelling of diantimony tris (ethylene glycolate) is covered by a group entry classification for antimony compounds as laid out in Annex 1 of Directive 67/548/EEC, Index No. 051-003-00-9. However, recently generated substance specific hazard data do not support the harmonised classification and labelling for this antimony compound as stated in Annex VI of regulation (EC) 1272/2008. Therefore, an alternative proposal for the classification and labelling of diantimony tris(ethylene glycolate) based on substance specific data is provided as well.
