Description of key information

In a pre-guideline study with 96 hr exposure of N-methylol methacrylamide (15 % aqueous solution) to Leuciscus idus, the LC50 was 1000 –
2200 mg/L which corresponds with an LC50 142.5 - 285 mg/l based on active ingredient. In conclusion LC50 fish (96h) is > 100 mg/l active ingredient N-(hydroxymethyl methacrylamide).
