Description of key information
Long-term toxicity tests on invertebrates are not available. According to column 2 of REACH Annex IX, long-term testing should only be performed if the CSA according to Annex I indicates the need to investigate further the effects on aquatic organisms. A recent ECHA board appeal decision (Case number: A-010-2019) indicates that this approach may be challenged. Chronic testing on invertebrates according to OECD 211 (Daphnia magna reproduction test) will be performed in accordance with ECHA communication/decision number CCH-D-2114604677-44-01/D to address the data requirements in column 1 of REACH Annex IX.
