position von Mensch und Umwelt gewährleistet ist.
Abfüll-, Umfüll- und Dosierarbeiten sowie Probenahmen werden
in der Regel in geschlossenen Systemen oder Vorrichtungen
mit Absaugung durchgeführt.
Wo dies technologisch bedingt nur eingeschränkt möglich ist,
sind wirksame persönliche Schutzmassnahmen vorgeschrieben.
Bei Expositionsgefahr durch Stäube oder Aerosole werden
Atemschutzmasken (Mehrbereichsfilter ABEK/P2) verwendet.
Zur Vermeidung von Hautkontakt werden Chemikalienschutz-
handschuhe nach EN-Norm 210 (z. B. aus Chloropren) und ge-
eignete Arbeitsbekleidung getragen. Bei allen Arbeitsgängen
in der Produktion ist das Tragen einer Schutzbrille (z. B.
Korbbrille) vorgeschrieben.
In unmittelbarer Nähe des Arbeitsbereiches stehen ausrei-
chende Waschgelegenheiten zur Verfügung.
Nach Hautkontakt müssen die betroffenen Körperstellen sofort
gründlich mit Wasser und Seife gereinigt werden.
Vorbeugende Hautschutz- und Hautpflegemassnahmen werden
empfohlen und die entsprechenden Mittel zur Verfügung ge-
stellt. Die notwendigen Massnahmen sind im Hautschutzplan
detailliert festgelegt.
Die Trennung von Nahrungsmitteln, Genussmitteln und Geträn-
ken ist sicher zu stellen.
Bei möglicher Staubentwicklung sollten wegen der potentiel-
len Staubexplosionsgefahr potentielle Zündquellen aus dem
Arbeitsbereich entfernt werden. Des Weiteren sollten Maß-
nahmen gegen elektrostatische Aufladungen getroffen werden.

staff at all times.

As a rule, filling, transfer, metered feeding and sampling
are performed in closed systems or using equipment with
exhaust ventilation.
In cases where this is only possible to a limited extent for
technical reasons, effective personal protection measures
are stipulated. If there is the risk of exposure to dusts or
aerosols, respirators (multi-area filters ABEK/P2) are used.
In order to avoid dermal contact, chemical-resistant gloves
according to EN-standard 210 (e.g. made of chloroprene) and
suitable working clothes are worn. The wearing of protective
goggles (e.g. tightly fitting goggles) is prescribed for all
work processes relating to production.
Sufficient washing facilities should be available in the
immediate vicinity of the work area.
After dermal contact the affected parts of the body must be
cleaned with soap and water immediately and thoroughly.
Preventive skin-protection and skin-care measures are
recommended and the corresponding agents are made available.
The necessary measures are laid down in the skin-protection
plant.
It must be ensured that the substance is kept separate from
food, alcohol, tobacco and drinks.
If there is the possibility of dust forming, due to the
potential dust-explosion risk, potential ignition sources
should be removed from the work area. Furthermore, measures
should be taken to prevent static discharge.

entspricht den gesetzlichen Forderungen und erfuellt die
Bedingungen der WGK 2.
Das Produkt wird bei Raumtemperatur in dicht geschlossenen

werden nach Gebrauch wieder dicht geschlossen. Produktreste
auf den Gebinden und dem Fussboden werden sofort mit der
gebotenen Vorsicht entfernt.
