- Resulted in slight erythema within one-half hour. After 24 hours, there was definite erythema on all five rabbits. On the 14th day, the skin was normal and the spot could be identified only by the matted condition of the hair.

- The application of the test substance to the clipped bellies of albino rabbits resulted in definite erythema at 24 hours, but the irritation was completely cleared after 14 days.
