Please be aware that this old REACH registration data factsheet is no longer maintained; it remains frozen as of 19th May 2023.

The new ECHA CHEM database has been released by ECHA, and it now contains all REACH registration data. There are more details on the transition of ECHA's published data to ECHA CHEM here.

Description of key information

The log Pow is calculated to be 3.64.

Key value for chemical safety assessment

Additional information

The use of a QSAR model (KOCWIN) to predict the partition coefficient is an appropriate technique.

This is supported by an octanol-water partition coefficient of 4367 (log Pow = 3.64) at 25oC, which was reported by the U.S Environmental Protection Agency (1995) from an experimental study and is considered eligible and adequate for assessment.
