Additional information

The flashpoint of the test material was determined in accordance with the standard guidelines ISO 3679 using rapid equilibrium closed-cup method. Under the conditions of the test, the flashpoint of the test material was determined to be 87.5 ºC. The test material does not meet the EU criteria for classification as flammable. The study was performed to GLP and an accepted standardised guideline with a high standard of reporting. The study was assigned a reliability score of 1 and considered suitable for assessment as an accurate reflection of the test material.

Supporting information is available in the form of a chem Blink entry and a company safety data sheet, however, neither sources provided any detail on materials and methods and hence were assigned a reliability score of 4.

The available data are considered complete and the result determined, 87.5 ºC, was taken forward for risk assessment.
