In accordance with Section 2 of Annex XI of Regulation (EC) 1907/2006 (REACH), it is considered justified to omit the dissociation constant test (required under point 7.16 of Annex IX) on the grounds that testing is not technically feasible.

It is a requirement of the methodology that the substance be water soluble; an attempt was made to determine the water solubility of the substance though the test was subsequently proven to not be possible. Furthermore, there is a lack of a suitable analytical technique for the study due to the substance being a complex mixture.
