  • According to 5 publications on the Beilstein, melting point of 1,3 -di-o-tolylguanidine is about 175 -179°C.

  • According to 7 publications found in ACS database, melting point of 1,3-di-o-tolylguanidine is about 175-185°C.

  • According to Handbook of Chemistry and Physics, melting point of 1,3-di-o-tolylguanidine is about 179°C.

  • According to CERI (2004), melting point of 1,3-di-o-tolylguanidine is ca 174.4-176°C.

  • According to the Knovel Critical tables (2nd edition), melting point of DOTG (1,3-di-o-tolylguanidine) is about 176-179°C.

  • According to the Yaw's Handbook of Physical Properties for Hydrocarbons and Chemicals, melting point of DOTG (1,3-di-o-tolylguanidine) is about 452.15K- i.e. 179°C.
