Description of key information

log Koc = 3.2-4.4 (KOCWIN v2.00)

Key value for chemical safety assessment

Additional information

No experimental data evaluating the adsorption potential of Glycerides, palm-oil mono-, hydrogenated, acetates (CAS No. 93572-32-8) are available. Since the substance is a complex UVCB substance, QSAR estimations using the KOCWIN v2.00 program have been calculated for representative fatty acid components (C16 mono/monoacetate and C18 mono-). Log Koc values of 3.8 to 4.4 (log Kow method) and of 3.2 to 3.8 (MCI method)(López Parrón, 2011). These values indicate that the substance is expected to show adsorption potential to solid particles.
