Description of key information

The performance of a hydrolysis as a function of pH test is scientifically not justified. REACh Regulation No. 1907/2006, Annex VIII, Sect.9.2, Col. 2, states as follows: “ 9.2.2.1: The study does not need to be conducted if the substance is readily biodegradable, or highly insoluble in water.” Due to the low water solubility of < 40 µg/L, the substance was considered to be insoluble in water. Therefore, testing of hydrolysis behaviour of the test item is scientifically not justified.
