Results and discussion
- Details on results:
- The results show that the test item (SAA) has a sensitizing
potential in mice after dermal application. Compared to
vehicle treated animals there was an increase in weights of
the draining lymph nodes and a clear increase in cell counts
at the mid dose. These changes are of statistical
significance.
