Administrative data
First-aid measures
Inhalation : If breathed in, move person into fresh air. Get medical attention immediately if irritation develops and persists.
Skin contact : After contact with skin, wash immediately with plenty of soap and water. If skin irritation persists, call a physician.
Eye contact : In the case of contact with eyes, rinse immediately with plenty of water and seek medical advice.
Ingestion : Do not induce vomiting without medical advice. Immediately give large quantities of water to drink. Call a physician immediately. Never give anything by mouth to an unconscious person.
Fire-fighting measures
Suitable extinguishing media : Dry powder, Water spray, Foam
Specific hazards during firefighting : Heating or fire can release toxic gas.
Special protective equipment for firefighters : In the event of fire, wear self-contained breathing apparatus.
Further information : Use water spray to cool unopened containers.
Accidental release measures
Personal precautions : Use respirator when performing operations involving potential exposure to vapour of the product.
Environmental precautions : Do not flush into surface water or sanitary sewer system.
Methods for cleaning up : Contain spillage, and then collect with non-combustible absorbent material, (e.g. sand, earth, diatomaceous earth, vermiculite) and place in container for disposal according to local / national regulations.
Handling and storage
Advice on safe handling : Provide sufficient air exchange and/or exhaust in work rooms. In case of insufficient ventilation, wear suitable respiratory equipment. Avoid contact with skin and eyes.
Advice on protection against fire and explosion : Highly flammable. Keep away from sources of ignition - No smoking. Take precautionary measures against static discharges.
Requirements for storage areas and containers : Keep away from heat and sources of ignition. Keep container tightly closed.

Exposure controls / personal protection
Respiratory protection : In the case of vapour formation use a respirator with an approved filter. Respirator with a vapour filter (EN 141) Respirator with ABEK filter.
Hand protection : Suitable material : Nitrile rubber. Break through time : > 480 min. Take note of the information given by the producer concerning permeability and break through times, and of special workplace conditions (mechanical strain, duration of contact).
Eye protection : Tightly fitting safety goggles
Skin and body protection : Choose body protection according to the amount and concentration of the dangerous substance at the work place. No special protective equipment required.
Hygiene measures : Avoid contact with skin, eyes and clothing. Wash hands before breaks and immediately after handling the product.
Environmental exposure controls : Do not flush into surface water or sanitary sewer system.
Stability and reactivity
Reactivity : Stable under recommended storage conditions.
Chemical stability : Stable under normal conditions.
Possibility of hazardous reactions : Pay attention to flashback. Vapours may form explosive mixtures with air.
