EU risk assessment report (2009) states:

LC50 = 320 mg/l - recommended as upper boundary only.

Study with Carrasius auratus is limited with restrictions as it is not well documented.

...EU risk assessment report p.29:

In order to reflect the toxicity dependence of pH, the results of the test with goldfish Caracassius auratus (LC50 of 4 mg l-1 for pH 5 and LC50 of 33 mg l-1 for pH 7) are used for the derivation of the PNEC. The test is not documented according to the present standard requirements, but on the basis of the other data presented in chapter 3.2.1, the results can be considered plausible.

Based on these considerations in the EU risk assessment report and the assumption that environmental conditions are more likely of neutral pH (rather than pH 5) an LC50 of 33 mg/l was chosen as key value for the CSA.
