Description of key information

According to Annex IX, column 1 of section 7.15 of the REACH Regulation, testing of stability in organic solvents is only required if stability of the substance is considered to be critical. The study does not need to be conducted because the stability of the substance is not considered to be critical. Calcium (S)-lactate will not be dissolved in organic solvents, and as such, its stability, if it were questionable, would not be critical anyway.
