Description of key information
From the five examined samples, the 10% of the sample of betamethasone 17-propionate presents a particle size lower than 0.0066 mm.
Additional information
From the experimental data obtained in the laser test of the analysed lots, it can be concluded that the 10% of the sample of betamethasone 17 -propionate presents a particle size lower than 0.0066 mm. In particular, from the obtained values, D10 range from 5.64 to 8.24 μm; D50 range from 31.57 to 38.28 μm; D90 range from 60.66 to 76.61 μm.
These studies were conducted according to ISO 13320 -1 .
