Additional information

Biodegradation was assessed in a GLP test according to OECD 301 using non-adapted domestic acticated sludge (BASF 2011). After 28 days of exposure the substance was mineralized to an amount of 91% related to inorganic carbon analysis based on CO2 evolution.

The inherent biodegradability of the test substance was determined in a GLP guideline study according to OECD 302C. Based on the oxygen consumption a biodegradation of the test material of 95 % was determined after 28 days (BASF China R1101240199B, 2011). Therefore, the test substance is considered to be readily as well as inherently biodegradable.
