Additional information

Two carcinogenicity studies were performed. Mice or rats were given bendadac lysine in the diet at doses up to 300 mg/kg/day for 80 or 104 weeks, respectively. Analysis of tumour data showed no significant increase in tumour incidence between controls and any of the treatment groups.
