Additional information

In accordance with Regulation (EC) No. 1907/2006, Annex IX, Column 2, 9.4 and ECHA Guidance on information requirements and chemical safety assessment, Chapter R.7c, the PNEC soil was derived from the PNEC freshwater applying the Equilibrium Partitioning Method. The quantitative risk assessment for DMAMP shows that all relevant uses are safe for the terrestrial environment, i.e. PEC/PNEC soil < 1 for relevant exposure conditions. Testing on terrestrial organisms is therefore not required, according to Regulation (EC) No. 1907/2006, Annex IX, Column 2, 9.4 and the ECHA Guidance on information requirements and chemical safety assessment, Chapter R.7c. Furthermore, the aquatic short-term data, available for all three trophic levels, all indicate very low toxicity, withLC/EC50 values of 230 mg/L, 170 mg/L and 390 mg/L for fish, Daphnia and algae, respectively.
