Description of key information

According to poor water solubility and structural properties, hydrolysis is not expected.

Additional information

The substance is practically insoluble in water (water solubility = 0.0013 mg/L; Henkel 2014, report no. 13-19484/1-2/14-01255/1-2) and therefore hydrolysis is not a relevant efate-pathway (according to REACH, Annex VIII, Hydrolysis). Additionally, according to Kollig et al. (1993), Boethling & Mackay (2000) and Harris (1990), the structure of the test substance does not contain any functional groups sensitive to hydrolysis.
