Additional information

The test substance is with high probability acutely not harmful to aquatic organisms.

Acute toxicity to fish:

The LC50 value of an OECD guideline study on zebrafish was determined to be greater than 7.19 mg/L (measured) which exceeds the water solubility of the test substance (Ciba Geigy 1992).

Acute toxicity to aquatic invertebrates:

The EC50 value of a valid OECD guideline study on Daphnia magna was determined to be greater than 100 mg/L (nominal) (RCC 2000). Two additional studies were regarded as invalid due to the use of DMSO as solubiliser and undissolved material in the aquaria.
