Additional information

The study by Dow with rainbow trout according to the OECD guideline 203 with the actual substance showed a measured LC50 value of > 101 mg/L.

Arthur et al (1974) presents 96 hr TL50 (or LC50) results of 103 and 125 mg/L Na3NTA for the fathead minnow in soft water, Pimephales promelas. Tests were conducted according to APHA (1971) Standard Methods 13 ed.

Weaver (1967) exposed bluegill to Na3NTA in batch and flow-through tests, in soft and hard waters. This study was deemed reliable with restrictions as the study was missing some testing information which did not affect the overall conclusion of the test.
