Please be aware that this old REACH registration data factsheet is no longer maintained; it remains frozen as of 19th May 2023.

The new ECHA CHEM database has been released by ECHA, and it now contains all REACH registration data. There are more details on the transition of ECHA's published data to ECHA CHEM here.

Description of key information

Study for stability of test substance in organic solvents is not required (see "discussion" below).

Additional information

In accordance with the endpoint specific guidance (R. 7A), there are rare occasions when it is important to have information on the stability of a compound. For example, testing might be needed, if a given test item of low solubility is tested in ecotoxicity studies upon dissolution in an organic solvent. However, in the studies considered in the present registration dossier, solubility of test substance was achieved by physical means.

Testing of stability of test substance in organic solvents and identity of relevant degradation products is not needed as the structure of test substance does not include reactive groups that might be associated with instability.
