The heat loss determined is in the range for solids indicated in the Recommendations on the Transport of Dangerous Goods for a drum of 50 L.

The maximal temperature rise in the centre of the sample after reaching the oven-temperature is below 1 K thus not reaching the test criterion value of 6 K.
